Disiree has been working in the retirement living sector for over 12 years. Before she got into the retirement living sector, she worked in long term care as a Dietary Aide and had to follow Ministry of Health Guidelines.
Over the years Disiree had learnt how to help families navigate our health care system and have helped families find alternative solutions, if retirement living was not a solution for them. For families that are navigating retirement living, she will be able to get them insight to the types of care needs that can be supported and the overall differences between the avenues of support. This class shows intermediate players how to practice the essential drills (Dinks, Drives, Drops, and Volleys) with situational explanations and applications to improve their pickleball games. The course also emphasizes the player’s footwork, forehand/backhand shots, and timing.
This is an introductory Pickleball class. The students will be taught the fundamental ways to conductball serving, serve returns, baseline ground strokes (forehand and backhand), and volleys. The gameand safety rules of Pickleball will also be introduced.

The instructors have practiced Chen style Tai Chi for many years, and now teaches the 18th generation descendant of Chen style Tai Chi Master Feng Zhiqiang's 24 Tai Chi and Tai Chi warm-up exercises. Practicing Tai Chi can promote blood circulation, smooth the meridians, adjust internal organs, and have the effect of calming and relieving the body.
