Line Dancing is one of most popular extra curricular activity in the world, using all rhythms of music. A group of people stands in lines and execute the same dance moves. It is easy to follow and lot of fun. Line dancing is healthy for body and mind, it makes an hour fly by without any stress.
This class is suitable for those one who have basic line dance experience

Certified Pickleball Instructor – Instructor II Certification by Pickleball Coach Education.
This is an introductory Pickleball class. The students will be taught the fundamental ways to conductball serving, serve returns, baseline ground strokes (forehand and backhand), and volleys. The gameand safety rules of Pickleball will also be introduced.
For Intermediate Players (Level 3.0 Only)
This class shows intermediate players how to practice the essential drills (Dinks, Drives, Drops, and Volleys) with situational explanations and applications to improve their pickleball games. The course also emphasizes the player’s footwork, forehand/backhand shots, and timing.
Course contents:
1. Skills Enhancement and Improvement 2. Study various attack and defense strategy 3. Upgrade for serving and receiving skills
Entry Requirements: 1. Have a certain understanding of table tennis 2. Student is recommended to have capability stable forehand rally for more than 30 consecutive strokes 3. Or already taken intermediate courses

The instructors have practiced Chen style Tai Chi for many years, and now teaches the 18th generation descendant of Chen style Tai Chi Master Feng Zhiqiang's 24 Tai Chi and Tai Chi warm-up exercises. Practicing Tai Chi can promote blood circulation, smooth the meridians, adjust internal organs, and have the effect of calming and relieving the body.

鋼筆淡彩很適合旅遊期間速寫,為我們留下生活片段。每一堂導師將會撰用鋼筆淡彩畫作為大家講解:構圖、鋼筆技巧、顏色處理及建築物透視原理。
每一堂會選一張街景/風景照片作參考。導師將會分兩小段為大家示範 (先用鋼筆,再用水彩上部份畫面)。 學員可以學一段,試畫一段。
工作坊材料:選用油性鋼筆,專業水彩紙,水彩顏料,水彩畫筆,裝水容器及小毛巾。學員可以選擇自備或導師提供(如需導師提供:四堂共$10)

李曼華喜歡用鋼筆及水彩繪畫。鋼筆可輕鬆靈活地將生活細節,選擇性地寫入畫面,寫出似直非直、似斷非斷,可輕可重的線條及富有現代感的畫面。
她是希望將藝術帶入社區,希望大家能夠享受藝術帶給我們的樂趣!
自2018至2022,李曼華在香港參與香港水彩藝術學會及其他聯展。2021開始在多倫多參與社區畫展及開始教學。2022加入法國Mondial Art Academia,2023加入加拿大International Watercolour Society Canada。
Pen and Wash painting is very suitable for traveling. It is a way to bring back vivid memories of any trip. In each lesson, one painting is selected to explain the composition, the technique of drawing with an ink pen, the use of colour to enrich your painting, and the use of perspective to show the depth of objects.
In each lesson we will complete a Pen and Wash painting by referring to a street view or landscape photo. Instructor will do demonstration in two stages (first with a pen and finish with watercolour). Students can practice after each demonstration.
Workshop materials: oil-based pen, professional watercolour paper, watercolour paints, watercolour brushes, water containers and small towels. Students can bring their own or provided by the instructor (if provided by the instructor, $10 is required for four sessions).
Instructor hopes to bring art into the community, and I hope everyone can enjoy the fun that art brings us.

Lousie had been practicing Chinese ink painting for a long time before moving to watercolour painting. She especially enjoys using ink pens to sketch the subject and add light watercolours on top. This technique is flexible and she can incorporate what she sees in her daily life to her painting. She likes using non-straight and broken lines where she can present darker areas with thicker lines or even blocks of lines. Adding watercolour can then make the sketch more lively and intensify her feelings on the subject.
Louise has participated in many group exhibitions since 2018. In 2021 she started in community art exhibitions and teaching in Toronto. 2022 joined Mondial Art Academia , France. 2023 joined International Watercolour Society Canada.
